You don't have to carry this alone.

We don't like it, but problems and difficulties are a normal part of life. We're usually able to address these on our own and move on. But there will be times when all of us could use some help to get unstuck and move forward. That's why we're here. No stigma. No judging. No arm twisting. Just people who want to help you move through your problems in a clinically-based and spiritually informed way. We believe that hope is more than just a word. We believe it's a way forward. So, if you're ready to work on things, we're ready to help.

$75 per session, paid at your appointment. We do not bill insurance. We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards, including HSA and FSA cards.

Frequently asked questions

Do you accept my insurance?

No. Hope does not accept or bill insurance. Sessions are $75, paid at the time of your appointment, using cash, check, credit and debit cards, including HSA and FSA cards. If insurance reimbursement is what makes care possible for you, that's a legitimate reason to see a different practice, and we would rather tell you now than after an intake.

Do you offer telehealth appointments or only in-person sessions?

We offer both in-person therapy at our Augusta location and secure telehealth sessions for anyone located in Georgia. You can choose whichever format feels most comfortable for you, and we can even alternate between the two if that works better for your schedule.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

It depends on current availability, so the honest answer is to call and ask rather than trust a number on a website. Call (762) 328-4673 during our hours. If waiting isn't safe. If you're having thoughts of harming yourself. Call or text 988 now instead of waiting for an appointment.

What should I expect in my first therapy session?

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you have. There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. We'll go at your pace and work together to create a plan that feels right for you.

How long does therapy usually take?

The length of therapy varies for everyone depending on your individual needs and goals. Some clients find relief in a few months, while others benefit from longer-term support. We'll regularly check in with you about your progress and adjust our approach to ensure you're getting the care that's right for you.

Is what I talk about in therapy really confidential?

Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. What you share stays between you and your therapist, with rare exceptions required by law (such as risk of harm to yourself or others, or suspected abuse). We take your privacy seriously and will explain all confidentiality policies during your first visit.
