Whether you're navigating anxiety at 2am, sitting with grief you can't name, or just wanting a life that feels a little lighter — there's a place for you here. Evidence-based therapy, delivered with warmth, in-person and online across our community.
Tell us what's on your heart today. We'll point you to the service, group, or therapist that's the best next step — no pressure, no commitment.
Our clinicians blend evidence-based practices — CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT — with creative therapeutic methods like art, nature, and mindfulness. Everything grounded in Christian values of dignity, compassion, and grace. You don't have to share our faith to feel welcome here.
One-on-one sessions tailored to what you're carrying — anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity.
Rebuild connection, communicate honestly, and move through hard seasons together — with skilled, warm guidance.
Small, curated groups where you're heard and known. Because sometimes the medicine is not being alone in it.
Meeting teens where they are — with talk, art, and experiential approaches that make opening up feel possible.
Art, movement, mindfulness, and outdoor sessions — because healing doesn't always happen sitting still in a chair.
Between therapy and everyday life — practical coaching for sleep, boundaries, purpose, and small habits that stick.
Here's what you can actually expect — no clinical jargon, no fine print. Just an honest look at how we work.
For adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, grief, or identity questions.
Your first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. We'll take time to understand what brought you in, what you've tried, and what you're hoping for. From there, your therapist builds a plan around your actual life — not a textbook.
For couples, parents & teens, adult siblings, and blended families.
The goal isn't to decide who's right. It's to help you feel like a team again — to build the skills and rhythms that let you both feel heard, seen, and safe. We hold space for hard truths without letting them harden into distance.
Small groups of 6–8, meeting weekly for 8–12 weeks.
Groups are often the most surprising, powerful step people take. There's something about hearing someone else say the thing you've been afraid to name. Every group is led by a licensed clinician and structured — you'll never be caught off guard.
Add-on or standalone tracks alongside individual therapy.
Some things live below language. Our expressive and nature-based sessions use art-making, guided mindfulness, walking sessions in a nearby park, and experiential techniques to help you access what talk therapy can miss. Every technique is clinically grounded — creativity with a research backbone.
We know reaching out is the hardest part. Here's exactly what to expect — no surprises, no pressure.
Fill out a short form or call us. It takes about three minutes and asks only what we need — no invasive intake at this stage.
A member of our care team calls you back to listen and help you think through what kind of support would fit best. Free, no commitment.
We hand-match you with a clinician who fits your needs, personality, and schedule. If it's not right, we'll match again — no awkwardness.
Usually within a week. You'll leave with clarity on next steps, a plan you helped build, and — most people say — a little more hope.
Still have questions? That's what our free 15-minute call is for. No question is too small.
Not at all. Our Christian values shape how we treat people — with dignity, warmth, and without judgment — but we work with people of every faith, and none. Spiritual conversations happen only if and when you want them to.
Sessions are $75 per session, paid at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, check, and credit or debit cards, including HSA and FSA cards. We do not accept insurance — which keeps your care private and your records out of an insurer's hands. If cost is a barrier, please call us and ask.
Yes. Everything you say is protected by HIPAA and state law. The only exceptions — imminent safety concerns, abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult, or a court order — are ones we'll walk you through clearly at your first session.
You're not alone — this is one of the most common things we hear. Tell us. Your therapist wants to know what didn't work last time so it doesn't happen again. And if we're not the right fit either, we'll help you find who is.
Yes. Our secure video platform is HIPAA-compliant and available to anyone in our state. Many clients do a mix of in-person and virtual depending on their week.
That's genuinely up to you. Some people come for 6–8 sessions with a specific goal. Others stay longer as life keeps unfolding. We'll check in regularly about progress and pace — you're always in the driver's seat.
