For couples, parents & teens, adult siblings, and blended families.

You're not the only one carrying this.

Small groups of 6–8, meeting weekly for 8–12 weeks.

Groups are often the most surprising, powerful step people take. There's something about hearing someone else say the thing you've been afraid to name. Every group is led by a licensed clinician and structured — you'll never be caught off guard.

When words alone aren't enough.

Add-on or standalone tracks alongside individual therapy.

Some things live below language. Our expressive and nature-based sessions use art-making, guided mindfulness, walking sessions in a nearby park, and experiential techniques to help you access what talk therapy can miss. Every technique is clinically grounded — creativity with a research backbone.

  • Walk-and-talk therapy
  • Mindfulness intensives

Four gentle steps to your first session.

We know reaching out is the hardest part. Here's exactly what to expect — no surprises, no pressure.

Say hello.

Fill out a short form or call us. It takes about three minutes and asks only what we need — no invasive intake at this stage.

A 15-minute chat.

A member of our care team calls you back to listen and help you think through what kind of support would fit best. Free, no commitment.

Meet your therapist.

We hand-match you with a clinician who fits your needs, personality, and schedule. If it's not right, we'll match again — no awkwardness.

Your first session.

Usually within a week. You'll leave with clarity on next steps, a plan you helped build, and — most people say — a little more hope.

You asked. We answered.

Still have questions? That's what our free 15-minute call is for. No question is too small.

Do I have to share your faith to come here?

Not at all. Our Christian values shape how we treat people — with dignity, warmth, and without judgment — but we work with people of every faith, and none. Spiritual conversations happen only if and when you want them to.

How much does therapy cost, and do you take insurance?

Sessions are $75 per session, paid at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, check, and credit or debit cards, including HSA and FSA cards. We do not accept insurance — which keeps your care private and your records out of an insurer's hands. If cost is a barrier, please call us and ask.

Is what I share really confidential?

Yes. Everything you say is protected by HIPAA and state law. The only exceptions — imminent safety concerns, abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult, or a court order — are ones we'll walk you through clearly at your first session.

What if I've had a bad experience with therapy before?

You're not alone — this is one of the most common things we hear. Tell us. Your therapist wants to know what didn't work last time so it doesn't happen again. And if we're not the right fit either, we'll help you find who is.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. Our secure video platform is HIPAA-compliant and available to anyone in our state. Many clients do a mix of in-person and virtual depending on their week.

How long will I need to be in therapy?

That's genuinely up to you. Some people come for 6–8 sessions with a specific goal. Others stay longer as life keeps unfolding. We'll check in regularly about progress and pace — you're always in the driver's seat.

When you're ready to invest in yourself, we're here.

Book a free 15-minute call with our care team. No pressure, no forms, no diagnosis-talk. Just a warm human on the other end of the line.

We'd love to hear from you.

Serving our community in-person and virtually. Reach out any way that feels easiest — we respond to every message within one business day.
